In autumn 2011 Kat and I took our first holiday together alone since our epic trip to New York when we were 21! We went to Rome where we made the most of the local fare, especially the wine. We visited places neither of us had seen in previous trips including going into the Colosseum and a night time trip into the Vatican Museum where we saw the splendour of the Sistene Chapel ceiling.
